Photographer and videographer guide
The current photographer and videographer guide. Families forward the public page; the office prints this pack item. The live document is always the CMS version — do not keep an old file in the folder.

Forms
Papers the office keeps here so you can download the current version. Baptism and wedding remain enquiries — sending a form does not book a date.
Other forms will appear here when the office uploads them in Studio. Until then, email sppc@assyrianchurch.org.au and the office can send what you need.
Also in this section
Baptism, wedding, or a ministry.
Use the enquiry forms if you need the office to be in touch, rather than only downloading a paper.
