Your information
Privacy
This page explains how personal details submitted through the church website are used. It is not legal advice.
01What we collect
When you send a baptism or wedding enquiry, register for a ministry, or contact the office through this site, we receive the details you enter — typically name, email, phone, and the message or form fields you complete. Server logs may also record technical data such as IP address and time of request for security and reliability.
02How we use it
Enquiry and registration details are used to respond to you, arrange pastoral follow-up, and administer church life. We do not sell your information. Emails may be sent through our email provider (Resend) to deliver your submission to the church office and a confirmation to you where applicable.
03How long we keep it
Records are kept only as long as needed for pastoral and administrative purposes, or as required by law. You may ask the office what is held about you and request correction or deletion where that is appropriate.
04Third parties
The site is hosted on infrastructure that may process technical logs. Content may be managed in Sanity. Forms may use Resend for delivery. Each provider processes data under their own terms for the purpose of running the site and delivering messages.
